working out schedule

i'm excited about staying active this winter!
on top of my three hour movement training basics class that i have twice a week, i went to the gym 3 times last week and went to yoga twice. i also went ice skating and cross country skiing this weekend.
i will continue to go to the gym at least 3 times a week. and i have yoga every tuesday evening from 4:10-5:30 and every thursday morning from 8:00-9:15.
life is good. keeping those stress levels low!
